A Dad (or dude’s) Guide To Valentine’s Day
This is the most important email you’re going to read all day. Take immediate action on this one and absolutely dominate Valentine’s Day this year.
Here are 3 “gifts” that are going to have your better half swooning over you like it was the first time she laid eyes on you all over again… and no, flowers didn’t make it on the list this year.
1. The Adventure Challenge… IN BED:
This isn’t just a gift for your person, this is a gift you too. Believe me here.
In Bed is a scratch-off book with 50 spicy ‘adventures’ and ‘games’ for you to explore with your partner. You don't know what the adventure is until you scratch it off!
This book is about enhancing the connection between you and your partner and following the connection together throughout the entire sexual process with each other.
I’m not a relationship therapist or anything like that, but it’s a great book. And both of you end up .. well .. you know what happens once you scratch off the ‘adventure.’
2. Taste Is The Way To Their Heart:
You’re going to go to the grocery store tonight and pick up a few ingredients. When you celebrate Valentine’s Day, throw on your apron and chef it up 🤌🏻
A little Marvin Gaye in the background, pour a glass of wine, and you’re turning into Bobby Flay.
We’ve got steaks and sweet potatoes for dinner. For dessert, we have fresh strawberries and chocolate. Chocolate covered strawberries... it’s cliche I know, but chicks dig it.
3. Do The Dirty Work:
This one will earn you some serious brownie points, however it is a tough one. You are going to pick up the slack around the house.
Do the laundry. Clean the kitchen. Clean the bathroom. Put the baby to sleep. Vacuum the house. You don’t have to do everything. Just pick 1 or 2 chores/tasks that you know your partner will appreciate you doing.
And here’s the thing… your cleaning won’t meet her standard and she’ll never want you to do it again 🤣
4. Bonus — “The Love Note” (it’s back again):
I know we just talked about “The Love Note” last week. It’s that good so we’re going to talk about it again today.
Be authentically you — express your love, your appreciation, and your gratitude for your special person. Share something that makes you proud to be their partner. Share something you are excited about doing together. Whatever you write, just be you.
And that’s it — You have just conquered Valentine’s Day. You’re cooking a delicious meal. You’re taking care of the house. And who knows, you might even get lucky… or be asleep by 9pm and hope for a more fun morning 😂
As always, I appreciate you hanging with me for a few minutes today.
